These tablets increase concentration of serotonin & norepinephrine neurotransmitters to exert their activity. Up to 92% of oral dose of Venlafaxine Extended Release Tablets IP get absorbed in blood circulation and gets metabolized by CYP2D6 in liver. Active compound of these tablets has chemical formula C17H27NO2 with molar mass of 277.402 g/mol.
